Families with children facing challenges with ADD/ADHD or autism are frequently advised to rely on medication as the primary treatment approach. However, recent research has shed light on the correlation between diet, exercise, and the severity of these conditions. It is becoming increasingly evident that prioritizing quality food and regular physical activity can offer more impactful and effective treatment options compared to medication alone.
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;." 1 Corinthians 6:19
We aim to support families facing the challenges of raising children with ADD/ADHD. Our mission is to provide education and resources to those who have a heart for fostering and/or adopting these children. Often, these kids are overlooked due to the difficulties associated with their condition. However, we believe that with the right knowledge and strategies, parenting them can become more manageable. Join us in our efforts to help these families learn and grow together, creating a nurturing environment for children with ADD/ADHD.
